Role Description The Real Estate Sales professional will focus on representing buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and luxury property transactions, primarily within Jersey City, NJ and surrounding markets. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Jersey City with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as prospecting, follow-up, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing listing presentations, coordinating marketing activities, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and closings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current on local and international market trends, and collaborating closely with colleagues, developers, and partner brands.
