Role Description The Real Estate Sales professional will focus on representing buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and luxury property transactions, primarily within Jersey City, NJ and surrounding markets. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Jersey City with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as prospecting, follow-up, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing listing presentations, coordinating marketing activities, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and closings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current on local and international market trends, and collaborating closely with colleagues, developers, and partner brands. The ideal candidate is client-centered, comfortable working in fast-paced, high-value environments, and able to provide a seamless, professional experience to a diverse and global clientele.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and high-touch customer service.
• Experience with property marketing, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and creation of compelling listing content.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent clients in complex, high-value transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously, including scheduling showings, coordinating inspections, and tracking contract deadlines.
• Comfort with CRM platforms, market analysis tools, and virtual collaboration software to support data-driven decisions.
• Active New Jersey real estate license (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe); additional state licenses are a plus.
• Prior experience in residential or luxury real estate sales, brokerage, or related fields is strongly preferred.
