Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients dealing with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses through telehealth and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and strengths, and create individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Implement integrated care strategies that include communication with family members and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Utilize various therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
  • Facilitate crisis interventions; respond promptly to client needs and emergencies with appropriate strategies and resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on case reviews to enhance treatment outcomes and share best practices.
  • Monitor client progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees aimed at refining service delivery models.
  • Complete documentation and reports timely to meet organizational standards and maintain communication across team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
