Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be tasked with:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients in various environments, including virtual platforms and community settings.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and engaging in evidence-based practices to identify client needs and treatment options.
• Developing personalized integrated care plans that connect clients to appropriate services and support.
• Implementing and conducting brief focused intervention strategies and ongoing recovery services tailored to individual client situations.
• Participating in crisis management and intervention strategies, ensuring immediate support during high-stress situations.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with clients, family members, and additional service providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
• Performing thorough documentation of services provided, including timely submission of reports and data as mandated.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with innovative therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients from diverse backgrounds who face significant mental health challenges such as severe emotional disorders and anxiety disorders, particularly those in recovery from substance dependence. Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work with a valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• Exceptional skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills that enable effective collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a diverse client caseload.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience are required, candidates with experience working in detox or substance use treatment facilities, knowledge of evidence-based therapies, and proficiency in using electronic health records systems will be viewed favorably and enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

Rush Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
