Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, assessing their emotional and mental health needs and implementing effective treatment plans.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately within our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with the dedicated administrative team for billing and client management, allowing you to concentrate solely on client care.
  • Utilize telehealth tools to provide engaging and effective therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development through training on new therapeutic techniques and telehealth practices.
  • Maintain a professional and therapeutic relationship with clients while adhering to best practices in communication and confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan is mandatory.
