Job description

Benefits:
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off
  • Training & development

We're hiring a Travel Systems & Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for how our clients and our internal team actually use our travel booking systems day to day. You'll set up and run onboarding for new corporate accounts in Atriis, build out training materials and live walkthroughs, and stay on top of GDS updates (Amadeus, Sabre) so our desk never gets caught off guard by a system change.
About us:
ABT US is a travel management company specializing in corporate travel. We have 7 locations worldwide, with our main headquarters located in Israel. As leaders in the travel industry since 1983, ABT is known for its commitment to superior service. Handling all aspects of travel for our clients allows them to rest assured knowing all they need to focus on is their work and commitments; we'll handle the rest!
Ideal candidate:
  • Real hands-on experience with Amadeus or Sabre — this isn't a "nice to have," you'll be relied on to know these systems cold
  • Comfortable running live trainings for groups, not just writing docs
  • Background in travel/hospitality operations, ideally on the technology or implementation side
  • Sharp with detail — a missed step in a client's setup becomes their problem on a bad travel day
  • Able to work directly with outside vendors (GDS reps, platform engineers) to troubleshoot and push fixes through
Job Responsibilities:
  • Own onboarding for new corporate accounts in Atriis, from trial space setup through go-live
  • Deliver live training sessions for agents and client teams on booking tools and process changes
  • Track GDS/vendor product updates (Amadeus, Sabre, Atriis) and translate them into internal guidance
  • Serve as the point of contact with outside platform engineers on system issues, automation, and fixes
  • Handle day-to-day IT maintenance and troubleshooting to keep booking systems running smoothly

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is ABT's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
