We are seeking a Store Manager who shares Tomlinson's values and believes in our mission.
The Store Manager is a role model who is dedicated to coaching and motivating their team. Our Store Managers spend the majority of their time on the floor working alongside their team and training on product knowledge and guest delight.
Here's what you'll do in a typical week...
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding guest delight
  • Drive sales performance and promote key products
  • Ensure every guest interaction reflects Tomlinson's brand standards

Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, train, and coach a strong, guest-focused team
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and development
  • Identify and develop future leaders

Operations & Communication
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and daily store operations
  • Maintain consistent communication with leadership and Headquarters partners
  • Ensure compliance with Tomlinson's policies and procedures

Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure the store is fully stocked
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, and cycle counts
  • Partner with inventory team to resolve discrepancies

Store Appearance & Merchandising
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with Tomlinson's brand standards
  • Support merchandising efforts to drive sales and enhance the guest experience

Industry Expertise
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Contribute ideas to keep product offerings relevant and competitive

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of previous leadership experience.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis in order to stock the store and to do carry-outs for customers. This is an active role which requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
