Are you a natural-born leader ready to take charge? Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Shift Runner to join our team. As a Shift Runner, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer service
  • Manage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor new team members on company policies and procedures
  • Assist in scheduling and staff management to optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with store management to implement new initiatives and achieve business goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required
  • Contribute to the store's overall success by meeting sales targets and improving efficiency
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash handling proficiency
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn company-specific procedures
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Champaign-Urbana area (preferred)
