Supervisor - Dash In
Location: Newark, DE
Pay: $18.00 - $22.50/hr.
Position Type: Full-time Benefits Eligible
Dash In, a Wills Group company, is redefining convenience through an elevated guest experience and high-quality, chef-inspired food service. This Supervisor role is built for smaller-volume locations and combines both front-of-house and back-of-house leadership to help keep the store running smoothly each day.

In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, uphold food and service standards, and help deliver a great guest experience across the entire store.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a cross-functional team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and high-quality foodservice.
  • Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, food production, and store standards.
  • Train and coach team members across all areas, reinforcing expectations around service, food safety, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain Dash In brand standards, including cleanliness, food quality, safety, and guest engagement.
  • Proactively engage with guests, resolve concerns, and ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient experience.
  • Monitor store activity and customer flow, adjusting staffing and priorities to maintain service standards and minimize wait times.
  • Support inventory, ordering, and stock levels across both retail and foodservice areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or a related environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong guest focus with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems.

Ideal candidates will also have:
  • Experience working in both food service and retail environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Active ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
