Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (Part-Time)
Location: Monroe, WI 
About the Role
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for various local events, shows, and promotions.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials
  • Drive a company-provided truck and trailer to and from event locations
  • Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally
  • Maintain the condition and organization of equipment and materials
  • Work closely with team members to meet setup and breakdown timelines

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and move large displays
  • Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
