Job description

About Carv
Carv is on a mission to make great skiing accessible to everyone. We're a global community of 70,000+ skiers, the official partner of several iconic US resorts, and trusted by thousands of instructors and athletes worldwide.
We're just opening our Park City office, and next winter we're looking to get (ski) boots on the ground to support and coordinate our field marketing.
About the role
We're scaling fast across North America's top resorts and looking for someone to coordinate and execute our on-the-ground activation program for the 26/27 season. That means running events, supporting ski school partnerships, and helping embed Carv into the culture of the resorts that matter most. You'll be a face of the brand on the mountain.
You'll spend your winter at some of the best resorts in the world, connecting with partners and customers daily, and making things happen on the hill. You'll be joining a fast-growing team that's changing how people improve at skiing, backed by leading technology and a community that's genuinely obsessed with the product.
If you're deeply connected to ski culture, sharp on logistics, and energised by building something from the ground up, this is the role for you.
This role is seasonal, ideally running from 1st October '26 - 30th April '27, and we'll begin reviewing applications from 13th July.
When you're not working in resorts in other locations, you'll need to spend at least 3 days a week working in-person in Park City.
Responsibilities
  • Event coordination and demo days
    • Plan, set up, and run Carv events at partner resorts
    • Manage event logistics end-to-end: sensor inventory, shipping, collateral setup, staffing, teardown
    • Represent Carv at industry events and trade shows
    • Demo the product on snow with customers and ski professionals
  • Ski school training and support
    • Deliver Carv demo sessions to ski school teams at partner resorts
    • Build and maintain relationships with local instructors
    • Gather on-the-ground feedback from instructors and feed it back to the team
  • Local relationships and partnerships
    • Be a local point of contact for resort marketing teams, retail partners, and on-mountain contacts
    • Support Pro Deal outreach and ambassador relationships in region
    • Identify opportunities for in-resort visibility (OOH, retail placement, local events)
  • Reporting and coordination
    • Report on event performance, conversions, local market insights and product feedback
    • Coordinate with London-based marketing team on timing, content, and strategy
    • Manage your own calendar, travel logistics for on-the-ground activity
  • Online Community Moderation
    • Support in the moderation of our online Facebook Community, acting as the voice of the brand inline with our community strategy

Requirements
  • Field marketing, event coordination, or brand activation experience
  • US Citizenship or current authority to work in the United States (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role)
  • Advanced and passionate skier who can credibly demo Carv and communicate with industry professionals
  • Organised, adaptable, and good at managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient with AI tools
  • Full US driving license, comfortable driving in winter/mountain conditions
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Park City / Salt Lake area
  • Comfortable travelling to resorts for extended periods during winter

Nice-to-haves
  • PSIA/AASI (or other instructor certification), or other snowsports industry experience
  • Existing relationships with resorts, instructors or industry organisations in North America
