Are you a results-driven leader who loves building strong teams and creating great customer experiences? Southpaw is looking for a Restaurant Manager who's ready to take ownership of operations, drive performance, and grow a high-performing team-one cup of coffee at a time.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team-including assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew

- Monitor and improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and team morale
