Our Hotel Supervisor coordinates front desk activities proactively and ensures the highest standards of guest service in all areas Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Bell/Valet, Maintenance, and Breakfast Service. Ensures all front hotel activity from the reservation and room assignments to cashiering and lobby maintenance are to Mirabel Hotel & Restaurant Group standards. Supervises hotel departments to implement room merchandising techniques and service standards. Promptly resolves guest concerns and ensures seamless communication between shifts.

This position works closely with the Hotel Manager to coordinate the smooth coordination of services and the practical elements of running a hotel team efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize and ensure guest satisfaction.  
  • Involved and active in all  hotel and F&B operations and supervises to ensure that service is effective and meets standards.
  • Work as Front Desk agent and assume all Front Desk agent responsibilities.
  • Ensures daily checklists are completed by staff and closing reports are thorough and accurate.
  • Maintain a teamwork orientation toward and among co-workers.
  • Perform all general front hotel department procedures in an exemplary manner.
  • Ensure departmental standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure the hotel departments receive thorough training on all aspects of their job duties.
  • Counsel employees regarding performance and adherence to policies/procedures, with assistance from Hotel Manager and/or Human Resources.
