Job description

We are looking for a detailed Accountant to join our Finance team! This position includes preparation of financial, productivity and operating reports from data extracted from the operating system maintained by the company. Review of data to ensure it is reasonable and accurate, testing of the data, input to excel worksheets, printing and reporting distribution on a time sensitive schedule is imperative.
Pay Range for this position is $67,000-$70,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Prepare and review management reports and follow up on a regular basis.
  • Assist Controller, and other managers in other duties as assigned.
  • General ledger accounting analysis.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Sales tax returns.
  • Manage corporate credit card expenses, including monitoring activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, reconciling transactions, and supporting accurate and timely expense reporting.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) in Accounting or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in lieu of college.

EXPERIENCE
  • Two - Four years of related experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Highly experienced Microsoft Office user; and, demonstrated adaptability with other company integrated systems.
  • Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
  • Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours.
