Ruby on Rails Full Stack Engineer

Location: Richfield, MN- Hybrid (Local Candidates Only)

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and enhance modern web applications and cloud-based platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong full stack development experience, a solid background in object-oriented programming, and hands-on expertise with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software/application development experience.
  • 3+ years of Full Stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and platform operations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, application architecture, and software design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
