Roles/Responsibilities/Qualifications
  • IE/Station Designer/Production Experiences to engineer and optimize GA Workstations (Operator, Material, Tooling, Torque Tool, ICT Interfaces - Holistic Workstation Approach)
  • Workstation Quality Audit Experiences
  • Team Building and People Skills - Pull key stakeholders together on a regular basis to plan and design workstations
  • Issue Identifications and Closure - collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workstation related issues in RMS (Readiness Management System) and resolve and track them
  • Change Management - Manage and document changes related to scroll update after scroll freeze
  • Logistics/Material Display Experiences to integrate into workstation engineering
  • Understand Operator Foot Print and Interface with PFS (Performance Feedback System)
  • GA Launch Experiences from Scroll Development and Workstation Optimization Perspectives
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
