Job Description
  • Leads supply chain projects to ensure that they are on time and within budgetary controls.
  • Develops inventory targets and order points.
  • Oversees the scheduling of deliveries to prevent excess stock or backorders.
  • Ensures that departmental and support teams are focused on continuous improvement of products and processes.
  • Maintains records and data essential to material programs including materials resource planning.
  • Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
  • Participates in supplier and vendor negotiations. 
Qualifications

Basic:

  • Relevant Bachelors degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or minimum 10 years if no relevant Bachelors Degree, including experience leading a team
  • For non-Continental employees, legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. 
  • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
  • 5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience with degree
