Job Purpose
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader with multiple branch locations. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, on-site supervision of fence installer crew at job sites; building fences around a property and ensuring the crew takes care in construction and safety. Lead installer will also supervise practices of crew and provide and ensure exceptional customer service to clients. Oversee entire fence installation to ensure that the install matches the given contract to ensure exceptional overall experience by the
customer. Work hours are from 6:45am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Primary Responsibilities
● Complete pre-departure trucks/trailer inspection to ensure that the crew is supplied with proper tools and
materials.
● Through general instruction, assign and supervise the crew with tasks associated with the fence
installation.
● Establish the locations for the fence and gather information needed to ensure that there are no conflicts with utilities in the area.
● Ensure instructions, drawings and/or specifications are interpreted and followed correctly.
● Properly instruct and supervise the crew regarding safety and appropriate operation of equipment and supplies while on the job site.
● Maintain order and professionalism of installers and respond immediately to employee issues and customer needs. Provide supervisor with regular updates as needed and report all incidents to the appropriate supervisor immediately.
● Complete all administrative tasks as assigned; including, but not limited to completing disciplinary action when needed and completing weekly assessments on your crew members.
● Interacts with customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

● Must be able to demonstrate expertise in all areas of the companies Installer Assessment Form
● Skilled in verbal and written communications
● Must be able to read plans, follow verbal instructions and obey applicable safety regulations
● Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive company vehicles per insurance requirements.
● Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
● Ability to work independently
● Candidate must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
