Physical Therapist Location: Anchorage, AK Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,933 to $3,133 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
  • OASIS experience required


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
  • No on-call or weekend requirements
  • Territory: Anchorage municipality
