Job description

Rubber technician
Full Time 3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am
Pay: $17.00 an hour
A local manufacturing company is hiring for rubber technician! This is hands-on, steady work for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation, foam-in-place, water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with rubber production processes
-Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Follow instructions and work as part of a team
Requirements:
-Must not be allergic to latex/rubber
-Ability to pass a background check and drug testing
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Great attendance and dependability
-Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
-Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
-Team player with flexibility to work in various departments
