4 Day Workweek!!
- Afternoon and morning shifts available.
- Afternoon shift offers a compressed week (Mon to Thurs) working 3:30pm- 2:45am.
- Morning shift (Mon to Thurs) working 5:00am- 3:00pm and a partial shift on Friday.
- All positions are Full-time.
Hourly rate starts at $18.00.With ongoing training and mastering the operation of different types of equipment, at the 2 year' mark the pay range can be $22.00 to $25.00

Responsibilities:
- Using formula sheet (think of a recipe card) list of ingredients required for your part of the process; start with the end product in mind in learning how to mix rubber
- Loading and unloading of ingredients from pallets, you need to be able to safely lift 50 lbs repetitively and move heavy items on a regular basis
- Operate the equipment that mixes our rubber products
- Package and label the completed rubber product
Requirements:
- Some post-secondary courses or on the job training in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar industrial setting is preferred
- 1 year working in an industrial setting OR restaurant, hospitality, lawn care are all transferrable skills
- Very comfortable using a wide variety of tools, equipment, standing for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to work in a non climate-controlled environment
- Ensure the quality of your work both visually and by using specific tools to test the quality
