Job description


We have an immediate opportunity for an individual who has rubber industry experience to join their team. You will manage the rubber processing calendar and mix rubber compounds to meet specific product specifications. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior rubber industry experience, must have the ability to mix rubber compounds, must be able to accurately read specifications, must be able to manage the rubber processing calendar, and must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
