What is an RTV associate?

RTV Associates, or Return to Vendor Associates, are responsible for managing products that need to be returned from a retail store or warehouse back to the supplier or vendor. Their duties include inspecting returned merchandise, processing return paperwork, packaging items for shipment, and ensuring that all returns comply with company and vendor policies. RTV Associates play a crucial role in inventory management and help maintain accurate stock levels by efficiently handling returns.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an RTV associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as an RTV (Return to Vendor) Associate, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
