Join Brown-Forman's Texas team as the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Manager, where you'll drive commercial performance and growth for a dynamic portfolio that includes Jack Daniel's RTDs, el Jimador RTDs, and future innovations across one of the company's largest and most strategic markets. In this role, you'll partner closely with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute market strategies, deliver business results, manage investments, and ensure outstanding execution across both on- and off-premise channels. You'll also partner with agency partners and distributor teams, building capabilities and accountability while driving the success of Brown-Forman's growing RTD business throughout Texas.

What You Can Expect

Commercial Leadership

  • Portfolio Accountability: Drive performance for RTD brands, including Jack Daniel's RTDs, el Jimador RTDs, and future innovations within Texas.

  • Distributor Execution: Collaborate with local teams to create and execute programs that ensure superior distributor execution of Ready To Drink (RTD) brand initiatives.

  • Insights and Mitigation Plans: Provide insights, opportunities, and mitigation plans to ensure fiscal commercial plan delivery.

  • National and Regional Accounts: Partner with National Accounts to create and drive execution of Ready To Drink (RTD) account programs for both on- and off-premise channels.

  • Market Planning: Work with Market Managers to establish account and market plans, including KPIs, distributor pricing/incentives/programming, and brand development plans.

  • Resource Allocation: Partner with Finance and State leadership to allocate resources and manage budgets for Ready To Drink (RTD) brands.

  • Business Reviews: Participate in preparation for business reviews in Texas for assigned Ready To Drink (RTD) brands.

  • Program Development: Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute key programs and trade/consumer initiatives.

Distributor & Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for +20 distributors in Texas, building strong relationships with distributor leadership while managing P&L and navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Contribute to strategic oversight of business management and execution.

  • Lead the execution of state commercial and chain plans in collaboration with distributor teams, holding them accountable for achieving targets and goals.

  • Monitor and measure distributor activities to ensure alignment with Brown-Forman's brand standards and objectives.

  • Manage and reconcile distributor investments, brand spending, and activity support to ensure effective use of resources in the State of Texas.

  • Distributor Training: Establish plans to continually train distributor/agency personnel representing RTD brands in assigned metro markets.

  • Market Visits: Conduct market visits with clear objectives, proper recaps, and follow-ups, ensuring information is shared with key stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the beverage alcohol and/or beverage industry with a proven track record of meeting key metrics and a strong, consistent presence in the market with key accounts and customers.

  • Coaching: Strong coaching and sales training skills.

  • Partnership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, while actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with leaders across various channels, functions, and geographies.

  • Enterprise Mindset: Able to prioritize the overall Brown-Forman business needs above specific territory or team needs.

  • Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required, with a valid state driver's license and the capability to lift 60 pounds. Systems Proficiency i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or other business operations software.
