$57,250 - $93,000 Annually (Salary + Commissions)

A UniFirst Route Service Representative (RSR) is a customer-facing, field-based role responsible for delivering, picking up, and managing inventory of uniforms and facility service products (mats, towels) on a designated route. RSRs act as the primary contact for customers, focusing on service retention, upselling new products, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a physical, fast-paced, Monday-Friday role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales: Deliver uniforms and facility products, handle customer requests, and identify opportunities to upsell new items to existing accounts.
  • Route Management: Manage a scheduled, recurring route independently, including loading/unloading vehicles and performing daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels for customers, including scanning, tracking, and invoicing of products.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
