The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on HSE Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at our St. George, UT facility during a critical ramp-up phase. You'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, partnering with operators and supervisors to embed a safety-first, zero-incident culture. You'll oversee compliance, lead investigations, drive continuous improvement, and shape a visible, proactive safety culture across the site.
What You'll Do
  • Lead site safety and environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Drive safety culture, coaching employees, leading investigations, and reinforcing safe behaviors.
  • Implement and improve programs like JSAs, LOTO, PPE assessments, and other HSE initiatives.
  • Coordinate training, audits, and safety campaigns to promote awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze HSE metrics to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
What You Bring
  • 9 plus years HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead investigations, risk assessments, and build safety culture.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Professional certifications (ASP, CHST, CSP, OSHA 30) are a plus.
