Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Product Specialist (RPS) for the Floor and Bench portfolio across the Americas, you will play a key role in driving product excellence and supporting innovation-especially for applications in hazardous environments. You'll collaborate closely with Product Management, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations, continuous improvement, and market-leading product performance. What you will do
  • Serve as the primary link between Product Management, Production, Quality, and Logistics-coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Analyze and communicate product quality data, managing notifications and product returns between local Market Organizations and Production units.
  • Launch and oversee Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for product upgrades, cost optimizations, and technical improvements.
  • Lead the Engineer-to-Order (ETO) process-preparing quotes, maintaining configuration parameters, and managing documentation on the ETO SharePoint platform.
  • Provide 4th-level technical support for Floor and Bench Scales, including equipment designed for hazardous areas.
  • Monitor lead times and production capacity, ensuring effective delivery planning and coordination with manufacturing teams.
  • Update Business Intelligence (BI) data in collaboration with Product Management and Production to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, databases, and web content to ensure accuracy and customer relevance.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Technical degree in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in product management or technical operations, ideally within the industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented and agile learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in production, quality, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficient in SAP ECC systems.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methods or Project Management principles is a plus.
