Job description

Fun Crafters is a relatively new studio built by veterans. Our core team comes from Plarium and other leading studios across AAA, mobile, and console/PC development, with a strong track record in collectible RPG games. We move fast, we know what good looks like, and we're building something worth being part of based on one of the largest IPs in the world.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the project schedule across your development group
  • Track milestones, flag risks early, and keep scope aligned with delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between your development group and the wider project
  • Work closely with developers daily - understanding their technical constraints, not just their task status
  • Support the team with material, tools, and process clarity to protect quality
  • Communicate clearly across disciplines and time zones
  • Be a team player, our producer team is established, and we seek to expand it with good people who strive for excellence
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of production experience in mobile game development
  • At least one shipped mobile title in your portfolio
  • Hands-on familiarity with Unity-based development pipelines
  • Solid command of Asana, Miro, and Excel
  • Experience with Scrum; Waterfall familiarity is a plus
  • Strong communicator - direct, organized, and calm when things get hard
  • Proficiency in English (Polish, Russian, or Ukrainian is a plus)
