We are looking for a Sr. Developer RPA Specialist to join our Continuous Improvement team. This role is responsible for designing and implementing all phases of business process automation using UiPath's RPA platform and other automation tools. As a senior member of the Continuous Improvement team, the Senior Developer will collaborate with business leaders to document and map business processes. The Senior Developer will design, develop, test, and launch the automated processes in collaboration with the business unit. The Senior Developer will also perform day-to-day tasks like monitoring job execution and administering the UiPath Orchestrator site. The Senior Developers work will directly enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and member experience!

What does GTE look for in a Developer RPA Specialist?

Technical Specialist:

  • Ability to lead end-to-end automation projects, from discovery to deployment
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automated business solutions
  • Architect scalable and reusable automation libraries aligned with best practices
  • Possess a strong understanding of website and application layouts and structure
  • Strong documentation skills for solution design, technical specifications, and support handoffs

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Position Details:

  • Location: Downtown Tampa - GTE Headquarters
  • Department Hours: Monday- Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Full-time hours are required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college, secondary education, or technical certification/courses are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience integrating with APIs
  • At least one year of experience developing with .NET using VB or C#
  • At least one year of experience using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
  • Read and write SQL queries
  • Manage source code using Microsoft TFS

  • Some positions will require performance standards to be met to qualify for alternative work arrangements.
  • Required to have power and high-speed internet over 100MB (minimum).
  • Video capability (connection of 1.5 Mbps up and down recommended).
  • Candidates must provide and meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training.
  • Hybrid candidates must live within driving distance of the office location and be able to regularly commute to and from the office location as needed.
