They work with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to create workflows that mimic human actions within digital systems. Their responsibilities often include analyzing processes for automation opportunities, developing and testing automation scripts, and maintaining deployed bots. RPA Developers collaborate closely with business analysts and IT teams to ensure that automated solutions are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Will AI replace RPA developer?

AI is expected to augment the role of RPA developers by enabling more advanced automation and intelligent process design. While AI can automate certain tasks, RPA developers will continue to be needed to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions, especially as tools become more sophisticated. The role may evolve to include managing AI-driven automation and integrating new technologies.

What do RPA developers do?

RPA developers design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to automate repetitive tasks across various business processes. They use tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism and often require programming skills in languages such as Python or C#.
