What is a rowe?

ROWE stands for Results-Only Work Environment, which is a management strategy where employees are evaluated solely on their output rather than the process or hours worked. In a ROWE job, employees have the autonomy to choose when and where they work as long as they meet their performance goals. This approach aims to boost productivity, job satisfaction, and work-life balance by focusing on results rather than traditional workplace norms.
