Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for BC/BE Anesthesiologists to join HCA Florida Citrus Hospital in Inverness, FL.  This newly transitioned program has become part of the growing HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services hospital-employed model. Inverness is located 30 minutes west of The Villages and just over an hour to Orlando.
Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights:
  • Anesthesia Care Team of 4 Anesthesiologists and 15 APPs.
  • 10 ORs plus Endo. Team covers 7 sites of service plus OB. No EP lab or IR.
  • Annual surgical volume is approximately 4800 cases. 500 deliveries. CRNAs cover OB.
  • Diverse mix of cases including General, heavy Ortho, Spine, Vascular, OB, GI and Diagnostic Imaging
  • No hearts. No Heads. No Trauma.
  • Must be Regional Block proficient.
  • 4-week rotating schedule: 2 weeks of 7a-5p, M-F followed by a 3rd week of doing late day cases and beeper call from 7p-7a. 4th week off.
