About the role

We're looking for a Senior Sales Engineer (Pre-sales) to serve as the technical bridge between Zynap's cybersecurity platform and prospective customers. You'll partner with our sales team to run discovery sessions, design tailored solutions, deliver compelling demos and POCs, and guide prospects through their technical evaluation.

What you'll do
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their security operations, architecture, and pain points.
  • Design and present customized solutions that demonstrate the value and impact of Zynap's platform.
  • Conduct live product demos and PoCs, ensuring technical success and high engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, documentation, and solution diagrams to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical requirements, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering teams to enhance Zynap’s offering.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competing solutions, and industry standards to position Zynap effectively.
What we're looking for
  • +5 years of experience in technical pre-sales in cybersecurity architecture within a software vendor or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, architectures, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) or security automation tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is desirable.
