Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Multisite (Roving) Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rochester, Minnesota. This is a hands on maintenance position that will work closely with our Maintenance Teams at all 6 properties that we own and manage in Rochester.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  
  • 6+ months experience in maintenance
  • 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • CPO, EPA or Boilers certification a plus but not required
  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
