As a Rover at Southwest Missouri Bank, you will play a vital role in delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service across various locations. This position empowers you to assist customers with a range of teller transactions and banking inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Acknowledge the customer immediately and follow the Non-Negotiable guidelines.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures. Keep cash secure to maintain a high level of security.
• Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing the duties of this position.
• Participate in available training and utilize bank resources and products to strengthen job knowledge.
• Cross train to cover other areas and broaden understanding of overall banking services.
• Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.
