Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Security Guard for the Hilton Frontenac in St. Louis, MO.

Job Purpose:

The Hotel Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property. This role involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, responding to incidents, and enforcing hotel rules to provide a secure and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol hotel premises, including corridors, lobbies, parking areas, and restricted areas to detect and prevent security risks.

  • Monitor security cameras and alarm systems; respond promptly to any suspicious activities or breaches.

  • Investigate disturbances, emergencies, or accidents and document findings in detailed incident reports.

  • Escort guests and employees as needed for safety, especially during late hours or in emergency situations.

  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

  • Respond to guest complaints or requests related to safety with professionalism and discretion.

  • Assist in crowd control and access management during events, conferences, or periods of high occupancy.

  • Conduct safety checks on fire exits, doors, and emergency equipment.

  • Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, violence, or vandalism.


Qualifications:
