Building trust with both pets and owners, staying organized with bookings, and being prepared for unexpected situations—like a pet becoming ill or anxious—are key to providing excellent service and growing your reputation on the platform.

Rover Dog sitters are independent pet care providers who offer dog sitting, walking, boarding, and related services through the Rover platform. They care for dogs in clients' homes or their own homes, ensuring pets are fed, exercised, and given companionship while their owners are away. Rover sitters set their own schedules and prices, and they can choose the types of services and pets they want to care for. The platform provides a way for pet owners to find trusted, reviewed sitters nearby.
