Job description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant opportunity with a well-established company in the Triad area.


This position will provide office and administrative support to the Human Resources department, including front office coverage, employee support, HRIS scheduling, personnel file maintenance, compliance support, and various HR projects.


Environment: Office setting with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas; PPE may be required in certain areas.


Pay: $23.00

Shift: First shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front office support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with daily HR administrative duties and office management
  • Create, update, and maintain employee schedules within the HRIS system
  • Maintain employee personnel files and assist with compliance documentation
  • Support I-9 audits and employment eligibility verification processes
  • Assist with FMLA, leave management, and HRIS data entry
  • Help maintain locker assignments and update inventory as needed
  • Support employee engagement, recognition activities, and retention initiatives
  • Assist with office supplies, vendor coordination, mail distribution, and general office organization
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with special projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and support employees at all levels
