Schedule Times: Mon-Thurs @ 2pm-10:30pm. Sunday:1pm-9:30pm.
Job Description:
An operations clerk/router handles office duties, answer phones, schedules and plans routes for drivers. Covers route availability. Clerical work.
Engage with sales team to make routes more efficient.
Partner with drivers, dispatch and warehouse for on time and accurately planned routes to service our customers as expected.
Router/Clerical primarily.
Routing our trucks for delivery. Scheduling and planning routes and drivers. Handling between 50-55 calls per day.
Routing and scheduling utilizing software called Decarte.
Daily duties entail of downloading all customer orders, route based on geography/hours of service, plan miles and time as much as possible.
