Job Overview: Fidelity Bank is building a modern, resilient, and secure technology environment to support the future of banking. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and evolving the network platforms that provide the backbone for our branches, data centers, and customer experiences. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in owning complex systems and is driven to improve reliability, performance, and security at scale.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Owning the design, engineering, lifecycle management and support of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity
  • Leading the implementation and optimization of voice, video, and collaboration platforms across the organization
  • Driving network modernization initiatives, including cloud connectivity, zero trust architecture, and automation
  • Monitoring and troubleshoot network performance using telemetry, logs, and analytics tools to proactively prevent outages and improve stability
  • Partnering with security teams to strengthen network defenses, investigate anomalies, and implement controls to reduce risk
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, aligned with architecture standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, operational procedures and controls
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex issues and mentor junior team members
  • Participating in on call support rotation and provide leadership during critical incidents

Required skills for the position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or business-related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)
  • 5+ years of enterprise networking experience with knowledge of routing, switching, and network design principles
  • 2+ years of experience supporting voice and collaboration platforms such as Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams or similar technologies
