Route Driver – Defiance, OH
Maumee Valley Group

Maumee Valley Group is currently hiring a full-time Route Driver for our Defiance route. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, a consistent weekday schedule, and the option for additional hours.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Start time between 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM (route dependent)

  • Voluntary weekend work available for those who want extra hours

Pay:

  • $21.00 per hour starting wage

  • Eligible for increase to $22.00 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles along a designated route

  • Deliver, stock, and rotate food and beverage products at customer locations

  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on coffee machines

  • Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing products

  • Check and rotate expiration dates to ensure product quality and compliance

  • Maintain accurate route, inventory, and service records

  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report issues

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs regularly

  • Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen

  • Ability to reliably work early morning hours

  • Strong time management and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently
