The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $31.00 and $115.00.  The position also may pay a weekly production incentive based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) with a fixed upper limit.

Position Details

  • On the job experience or skilled technician training.
  • Keep up to date with industry knowledge, recalls, service bulletins, Honda forum, Tech-Line.
  • Effectively explain issues and repairs to Service Sales Associates and clients.
  • Diagnose and successfully repair a vehicle’s mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Use problem solving skills in performing repairs, diagnosis, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Road test vehicles.
