Overview

The Route Sales Delivery Driver's primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service within a designated territory (residential, commercial, and retail), accelerate growth and revenue, and work safely. This role is highly interactive, has a strong sales and service focus, and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
Reporting Location: Bridgeville, Delaware
Compensation: Average earning potential of approximately $104,000 / year ($61,160 / year base pay + uncapped commission after training) paid weekly
  • Training and service route rate of $5,096 / month
  • Commission earnings are approximate only and are not guaranteed as they depend on individual circumstances and effort (based on 2025 averages)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Responsibilities
Safety Focus
  • Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation daily
  • Adhere to our safety policies which includes the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status

Service Orientation
  • Be courteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional image
  • Meet each customer's individual preference by delivering the correct products to the right location during their scheduled day and timeframe
  • Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts
  • Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership
  • Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed
  • Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process

Selling Skills
  • Use a business owner's mindset to drive growth, identify and open new accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc. in order to build route density and increase individual commission opportunities
  • Fully develop new and existing accounts by selling our full portfolio of products inside and outside of normal working hours
  • Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands
  • Monitor the competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals

Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
