  • Design efficient, executable routes that support on-time service standards, customer commitments, and operational goals.
  • Make real-time routing adjustments based on customer requests, operational changes, driver feedback, or service interruptions.
  • Ensure route data accuracy including stop details, service frequencies, travel times, vehicle profiles, customer sites, and time windows.
  • Utilize CRM systems to verify customer information, maintain routing records, and respond to routing-related requests or changes.
  • Monitor route quality, identify inefficiencies or data gaps, and proactively recommend operational improvements.
  • Support system updates, troubleshooting, testing, configuration adjustments, and data validation efforts across routing and operational platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day support and training to local operations teams on routing processes, platform usage, and optimization best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Fleet, and other teams to ensure routing alignment and service execution.
  • Must be able to work standard business hours within the Central or Eastern Time Zone to support operational needs and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Other additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, route planning, or related operations preferred.
  • Experience with route optimization or comparable routing platforms preferred; training provided.
  • Familiarity with CRM and operational management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills strongly preferred, including lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support field teams and explain routing concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support operational needs across multiple markets.
