Job description

  • Overview:


We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making regular trips to various box offices and event venues, delivering materials and documents as needed. The number of deliveries may vary between 1 and 2 locations per day, depending on the schedule. This position requires excellent driving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate efficiently to ensure timely deliveries across different venues. If you’re looking for a flexible role that allows you to be on the road and interact with different venues, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to use your own vehicle to travel to various box offices.
  • Follow established schedules and routes, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with venue staff, event organizers or customers.
  • Punctuality: Arrive on time and complete the task efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and have a smartphone or GPS navigation system for route optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with venue staff and other team members.
  • Physical stamina to handle deliveries, including the ability to carry small packages or documents.
  • Comfortable driving and navigating through urban and suburban areas.
  • Flexibility with hours, as event schedules may vary.
