Responsibilities
Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title, it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.
Compensation
  • Starting pay is $21.60- $24.00 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
  • Once assigned a route: average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive

  • Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and customer service experience required
  • Valid Class C driver's license - no CDL required
  • Clean driving record in the last 3 year or 36 months
  • Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily
  • Ability to drive a 26' bobtail truck
