Driver Helper/Warehouse Associates Job Type

Part-time 30 hours/week

Schedule

Shifts may vary within M-F (7am-5pm)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and help ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows, preparing freight for upcoming shipments, and ensuring trucks are organized and ready for next-day routes. As a Driver Helper, this position might go off-site with a Truck Driver to deliver larger loads within and around the Chippewa Valley region.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This person must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis and be comfortable in a physical working environment. Forklift and Palette Jack experience a plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
  • Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and organize freight for outbound shipments
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Driver Helper on larger deliveries
  • Support linehaul and daily shipping operations
  • Organize warehouse space to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas
Inventory amp; Order Accuracy
  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
  • Ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Assist with tracking inventory movement and storage documentation
Teamwork amp; Communication
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding priorities and workflow updates
  • Respond promptly to operational and customer-related requests
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed

Equipment amp; Safety
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently

Customer Service Support
  • Help resolve delivery or service issues professionally and efficiently
