Job Description : Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated and driven Water Restoration Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating sales opportunities for Water Restoration and trenchless pipe replacement services. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, diagnosing customer needs, and providing expert consultation to guide them through the Water Restoration service process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to determine the best Water Restoration solutions for customers
  • Present Water Restoration options and offer tailored solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Close sales effectively by building trust, communicating clearly, and addressing customer concerns
  • Coordinate with the restoration team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of plumbing or mitigation services is a plus but not required ; we offer extensive training
