RMB Products is seeking a Rotational Molding (Roto Mold) Operator (3rd shift) who is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring rotational molding equipment to produce high-quality products that meet engineering specifications and customer requirements. This role ensures equipment is operating efficiently, performs routine inspections and maintenance, and supports a safe, organized manufacturing environment.

Schedule: 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am w/ OT as required / neededAbout RMB: RMB Products is a leader in advanced thermoplastic manufacturing, including rotational molding, additive manufacturing, and custom fabrication. We support aerospace, chemical processing, and industrial customers with high-performance polymer solutions. RMB fosters a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and pride in delivering complex, high-value products.Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding equipment according to work orders, setup sheets, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare molds, materials, tooling, inserts, and equipment for production to ensure proper machine setup before each run.
  • Program and adjust machine settings, including time, temperature, and rotation speeds, to produce quality parts that meet specifications.
  • Mount, remove, clean, inspect, and maintain molds, tooling, and related equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Perform post-molding operations, including demolding, trimming, de-flashing, and finishing parts as required.
  • Inspect in-process and finished products using visual inspections and measuring tools to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or products following established quality procedures.
  • Complete production, quality, maintenance, and scrap documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment readiness activities to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.
  • Experience using measuring tools to inspect product quality.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, cranes, rotational molding equipment, and pneumatic or impact tools (training provided if applicable).
  • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately complete production documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach overhead, and work around manufacturing equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely work in a production environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
