We are seeking a bilingual Service Coordinator to support retail maintenance, repair, and Tenant Improvement (T.I.) projects across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience coordinating service work within construction, facilities, or retail environments.

You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects and service requests are completed efficiently, professionally, and on time.

This position focuses specifically on Retail Tenant Improvement (T.I.) - transforming retail spaces into functional, branded environments that support business operations and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and emergency service requests
  • Dispatch and manage subcontractors across Canada
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate updates and manage client expectations
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and service documentation
  • Support retail Tenant Improvement (T.I.) projects and rollouts
  • Participate in an after-hours emergency rotation
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Maintenance, or Retail T.I.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ce poste est spécifiquement axé sur les projets d’aménagement commercial de détail , transformant des espaces commerciaux en environnements fonctionnels et adaptés à l’image de marque des clients.

Responsabilités principales
  • Coordonner les demandes de maintenance, réparation et urgences
  • Gérer et répartir les sous-traitants à travers le Canada
  • Assurer le suivi des bons de travail jusqu’à leur fermeture
  • Communiquer les mises à jour et gérer les attentes des clients
  • Traiter les bons de commande, factures et documents de service
  • Soutenir les projets et déploiements Retail T.I.
  • Participer à une rotation pour les urgences après les heures normales
Profil recherché
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en construction, maintenance, gestion d’installations ou Retail T.I.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
